He started out with a vision to redefine the car rental industry in Delhi NCR, and gradually, India. Topwheels endeavored to cater premium car rental services to national & international clients. The advent of a plethora of international firms at the time only added to the overwhelming response that the company started to garner soon after its inception.

Mr. Arun Srivastava is a man with international exposure in the car rental business and the experience to provide high class car rental services. After his MBA, he has worked in the U.S. with Avis Car Rental. He became a pioneer in the international car rental industry in India by starting the first such company Europcar. Since then, has enabled the entry of other international companies in this market in the country.
Arun’s vision to redefine the car rental industry in India has now been realized through Topwheels. He has worked to establish a great relationship with his clients and encourages everyone at Topwheels to understand the clients’ needs and provide them with top notch quality services. He believes in safety and security of his clients, the punctuality of his drivers to provide services, providing a sense of dependability to the clients, and last but not least, adding a personal touch to the clients’ experience.
With an academic background in Commerce and English Literature, Umaa adds more than 20 years of professional and business management experience to the Topwheels leadership team.
A highly motivated Director, she has been instrumental in winning and maintaining business of a number of key clients for Topwheels, across verticals. She has the ability and the expertise to manage day to day functioning of Spot Rentals and Expat Travels. Under her leadership, Topwheels’ values of customised services for clients and personal touch with staff and employees are nurtured and further accentuated.

Tilak came in with a vast experience of managing operations. Though he had come on board as a supervisor, his hard work, dedication, willingness to take up challenging roles and also delivering to the clients satisfaction helped him to be promoted as a General Manager in a short span of time.
